Pre / Post Natal Certification

Annette Lang Education Systems LLC

One of the most important continuing education programs for personal trainers.  Annette Lang is one of the leading Pre/Post Natal educators in the country.  Her personal hands on approach insures that those who successfully pass her certification course will be well equipped to prepare each expecting mother with the birth of their child and to help navigate the process of returning to strength once their child has arrived.  Special circumstances accompany each pregnancy and so the need for proper programming is of vital importance to each individual mother.

CPR / AED Certification

CPR/AED (Adult/Child/Infant Certification) – American Healthcare Academy

Every Trainer should be CPR/AED certified.  Those who don’t have this basic certification are not ethically permitted to train any clients of any age.

ISSA SSC Sports & Conditioning Certification

ISSA’s Specialist in Sports Conditioning and Sports Medicine certification was designed to provide each fitness trainer with the knowledge, expertise, and specific training techniques to ensure my athletes and fitness training clients are in worthy hands.  The objective is help each individual expand the capacity of their bodies to perform the most difficult athletic feats – while remaining strong and free from injuries. Professional and amateur athletes at all levels need the assistance of expert personal trainers to aid their ability to excel at their given sport.
