WEIGHT LOSS

My weight loss training program is geared toward the beginner with a focus on weight loss, body fat loss and nutrition awareness. Each program will be broken into 8 week program cycles on improving flexibility, cardiovascular health, body balance control and mental and physical confidence. The principal goal of this weight loss workout plan is to instill confidence, develop physical endurance and build lean muscle while shedding body fat. If you are beginning your weight loss and do not have major experience with fitness training, don’t feel intimidated because this exercise program is designed to optimize your health and lead you past your limits.

 

Each session is 60 MINS and includes a full body warm-up, customized workout plan, and cool down stretches. Shad offers packages of sessions in 5 PACKS and 10 PACKS. For pricing and availability please contact us below.
