PRENATAL FITNESS

Prenatal Fitness is one of my most favorite types of training with my female clients. Your physical health will never be more important than when you are pregnant and carrying a child.  Developing a focused pregnancy exercise plan is vital to your health and wellness, and has been found to significantly prepare new mothers for the birth labor process. Women who have consistent workout and fitness routines during their pregnancy have improved core-strength, breath control, and the mental strength that prepares them for labor. As every woman and pregnancy is unique, I personally customize my prenatal fitness workouts for each individual and for the needs of her fetus.  Every woman has a different goal when preparing for a newborn child and those needs must be met with specialized care, guidance and understanding.  Your personalized pregnancy workout plan will follow the changes of each trimester of your pregnancy, striving for the optimal health of you and your baby.  Your private training sessions will be strengthening your body, but my primary focus will always be on maximizing your ideal self and the well being of your baby.

 

Each session is 60 MINS and includes a full body warm-up, customized workout plan, and cool down stretches. Shad offers packages of sessions in 5 PACKS and 10 PACKS. For pricing and availability please contact us below.

POSTNATAL FITNESS

One of the hardest times to get back into an exercise routine is after a pregnancy. After you have a child your energy is low, you may have limited time, and adapting to motherhood and the changes in your hormones and body can wear down your confidence. As a certified and experienced Pre / Postnatal Fitness Trainer, I have trained and coached dozens of women following the birth of their first, second and third child. Postnatal Workouts are my favorite kind of fitness training, because this is the most rewarding body transformation to witness. Postnatal Exercise is a unique opportunity for mothers to focus on themselves to regain the physical strength and body confidence they had pre-pregnancy. The initial post natal workout plan concentrates on rebuilding core strength and body control. As we transition from the initial 6 week exercise plan the focus will change to more intense HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout programs, that will challenge your body while realizing new heights in your conditioning.
